1. Booking Rules
A booking is confirmed upon payment of the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of check-in.
2. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before check-in. A 50% refund applies for cancellations between 24-72 hours before check-in.
3. Chalet Rules
Guests must comply with the chalet rules listed on each property page. The owner may evict guests for rule violations without refund.
4. Liability
Chalets Bahrain acts as an intermediary between owners and guests and is not liable for any damages or incidents occurring during the stay.
